Rich was joined by Ady Chappell, co-chair of the trustees for My Life My Choice, an Oxfordshire-based charity.
My Life My Choice is a self-advocacy organisation for adults with learning disabilities, entirely user-led. Their vision is a world where people with learning disabilities are treated without prejudice and have choice and control over their lives. Ady shared insights about the charity, his role, and how he got involved.
